Sheila Buyukacar, better known as Sheila B, is the Founder and President of the International Mastermind Action Groups (IMAG), a global online company that helps business leaders and innovators hone their capability to turn an idea, concept or project into a success.

Sheila has expansive experience as a business consultant and communications expert. With multiple degrees in Business, Management and Marketing—Sheila is able to take complex concepts and thoughts and develop them into realistic and attainable targets for her clients. She continues to develop and create easy to use models and tools to help business leaders and entrepreneurs turn their ideas into reality.
